Firebird #1: Performance |
Ocasionally, i test my cars.
Usually when i'm bored, or when i have placed a new performance mod.
So here you're gonna find the times i've registered (0-100 km/h and 400 M ).
I'm also going to keep the old times, and say wich performance mods i've done.
For me it's to late, but it can help you decide on wich you're going to spend
your hard earned bucks.
For testing, i use a GTech.
21 July 2003 :
- New mods : Mallory ignition module + Accel perf. cap & rotor.
- 0-100 km/h : 9.71 Sec. (Pedestrians were passing me by).
- 400 M : 17.97 sec.
23 July 2003 :
- New mods : Dynomax exhaust.
- 0-100 km/h : 9.66 Sec. (0.05 sec impovement ?? The word "CRAP" springs to mind.).
- 400 M : 17.39 sec.
29 July 2003 :
- New mods : Accel Supercoil, 8.8 MM wires.
- 0-100 km/h : 9.21 Sec.
- 400 M : 16.68 sec (135 km/h).
15 september 2003 :
- New mods : ASP underdrive pulleys.
- 0-100 km/h : 9.20 Sec.
- 400 M : 16.45 sec (136.6 km/h).
17 february 2004 :
- New mods : Cold air intake.
- 0-100 km/h : 8.80 Sec.
- 400 M : 15.92 sec (136.5 km/h).
18 May 2004 :
- New mods : Jet stage 2 chip. (Good one ... )
- 0-100 km/h : 8.83 Sec.
- 400 M : 15.97 sec (136.5 km/h).
